The Board
The PCT Board has overall responsibility for the organisation. It is accountable for the performance of the organisation, ensuring the best use of financial resources. It consists of non-executive and executive directors, including clinicians. Non-executive directors are appointed by the Appointments Commission and executive members are employees of the PCT.
